Core responsibilities
- Design and oversee data architectures and pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Establish data flows across cloud platforms, local databases, and storage systems.
- Build automated data cleansing, organization, transformation, and quality processes.
- Define metrics, labeling standards, validation criteria, and datasets for agentic workflows.
- Implement automated agent evaluation infrastructure using Now LLM Service models and execution logs.
- Build dashboards, reporting, versioning, and reproducibility for evaluation datasets and results.
- Establish data-system standards, quality gates, and validation frameworks.
- Analyze workflow performance and optimize systems for evolving CRM AI requirements.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and data science teams and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience designing production data pipelines, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT systems.
- Strong SQL, Python, JavaScript or equivalent, and distributed data processing expertise.
- 3+ years of experience with ML systems, model validation infrastructure, automated testing, or AI-powered applications.
- Experience with data quality, feature engineering, model monitoring, and production system reliability.
- Experience with scalable secure architectures, cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, APIs, event-driven systems, and data governance.
- Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation frameworks, LLM systems, or agentic workflows is expected.
- ServiceNow platform experience is good to have.
