Sr. UX Designer

Interface Design: Deliver polished, consumer-grade interfaces for complex workflows in Auger’s SaaS platform.

Design Systems: Evolve and scale our design system to enable speed and consistency.

Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to rapidly move designs into production.

User Research: Test and validate ideas with customers, using insights to refine workflows.

High Standards: Ensure every pixel and interaction meets a best-in-class quality bar.

5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or complex web platforms.

Portfolio showcasing high-quality design executed at speed.

Fluency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Strong grasp of user-centered design, information architecture, and scalable systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable designing in a fast-moving startup where speed-to-build is as important as polish.
