Strong preference will be given to those with not only a technical understanding of delivering highway engineering projects but those that possess a complete understanding of delivering a quality and comprehensive product, program, or solution for our surface transportation clients
Strong knowledge of and experience using Microstation, Geopak, AutoCAD, Civil3D software packages
Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Ability to work and lead in a team environment while mentoring staff
Ability to manage multiple assignments on a variety of projects, work in an environment to learn quickly, take initiative and interact with a variety of people located in northern Illinois and other CMT offices
