Sr Technician- Quality

About the team: Team is comprised of Prototype Build, Machine Shop and Ride Development Functions. Quality Lab supports metrology needs for Prototype and Engineering. What you can look forward to as Sr Technician - Quality: Inspect components, in‐process parts, and finished assemblies for dimensional accuracy according to highlighted prints and customer requirements. Implement component quality status indicators and fulfill all customer‐specific inspection standards. Report inspection results in standardized formats or customer‐required templates, ensuring GD&T accuracy on all prints. Comply with quality policies, group directives, and IATF‐16949 procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Train employees in proper inspection methods to ensure consistent and accurate quality practices. Support and maintain GageTrak software, manage gage issue/return/calibration schedules, and perform Gage R&R studies. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‐free work area using 5S practices within the quality laboratory. Perform additional duties as required to support overall quality operations.
