We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Content Writer to lead the creation and management of bilingual digital content across customer-facing platforms and service journ.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end development, review, and maintenance of bilingual (Arabic/English) digital content
- Create clear, concise, and user friendly UX micro copy, including notifications, alerts, error messages, field labels, instructions, and service guidance
- Ensure all content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and optimized for digital user experiences
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Adhere strictly to Dubai Police content standards, approved terminology, and official tone of voice guidelines
- Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, developers, translators, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences
- Review and validate translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency between Arabic and English versions
- Drive content quality assurance and governance across all service journeys
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Technical Content Writer
- Exceptional writing skills in Arabic and English
- UX content expertise
- Understanding of localization and government communication standards
