Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and transformation initiatives
- Translate high level requirements into detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDs
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business value and delivery timelines
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Perform AS IS and TO BE analysis, identifying gaps and recommending optimized solutions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and SMEs to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements
- Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are feasible and testable
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder meetings, and UAT support
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs to final delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes and Agile practices

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Junior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies to bridge business needs and technical delivery.
- The role involves translating high level business objectives and frameworks (such as 360 Service models) into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and transformation initiatives.
