Scope
Provide L3 application support for complex enterprise production issues.
This is primarily an application support role involving production analysis, incident resolution, performance troubleshooting, and technical coordination.
Use application architecture, APIs, databases, logs, integrations, and code-level debugging to resolve issues.
What You Will Do
- Own escalated issues and troubleshoot frontend, server-side, API, integration, database, and workflow problems.
- Perform deep debugging, identify root causes, coordinate permanent fixes, and support releases, hotfixes, patches, and validation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, security, and business teams.
- Create SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, RCA documents, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor production systems and guide L1/L2 teams through triage and escalation handling.
- Support incidents, deployments, weekends, off-hours, and critical business activities when required.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five to ten years of experience in application support, production support, technical support, or software development support.
