Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in support of sales targets.
• Establish trusted advisory relationships with strategic customers and partners, including CIO and CISO stakeholders.
• Enable and update partner networks on product evolution.
• Conduct customer workshops, product demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments through hands-on testing.
• Respond to RFI and RFP requests.
• Provide market and product feedback to product management and back-office teams.
• Track competitive solutions, products, and services.
• Write whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer-facing content.

Qualifications

• Experience working with accounts in the defence sector.
• Experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• Knowledge of cloud security solutions including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
• Knowledge of proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, threat prevention, and mitigation.
• Understanding of SASE networking and security architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and WAN protocols including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Knowledge of large-scale, high-performing, resilient enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.

Beneficial Skills

• Active or previous security clearance is preferred.
• Knowledge of best-practice SaaS architectures is beneficial.
• Public or private cloud experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware is beneficial.
• Shell scripting and Python knowledge is beneficial.
