Role Overview
The company is seeking a senior systems engineer to help customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and expand use of its technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to customers and partners to help achieve sales targets.
- Establish trusted advisory relationships with strategic customers and partners, including CIO and CISO stakeholders.
- Enable and update partners on product evolution.
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations for prospects and customers.
- Validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments through hands-on testing.
- Respond to requests for information and requests for proposals.
- Provide market and product feedback to product management and back-office teams.
- Monitor competitive solutions, products, and services.
- Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer- or partner-facing content.
