Sr. System Engineer - eufy B2B Security Solutions

Job Overview We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to close the critical technical gap in scaling Eufy Security's B2B business across North America.

This is a technical role (not a sales role) that works hand-in-hand with the Regional Sales Manager and business leadership to streamline the business — from solution architecture and integration engineering, to technical enablement and escalation support.

You will design and deliver end-to-end integrations for key accounts down to SDK/API/CGI-command level, act as the technical liaison between HQ engineering and the NA sales team, and serve as the rooftop escalation point for all critical technical issues across North America.

As we scale commercial and SMB adoption across North America, this role fills the technical gap between our solution and how key accounts and ecosystem partners integrate, deploy, and support it.

You will be the technical owner who turns 'our solution works' into 'it works in their system' — from SafeHome-style key accounts to 3rd-party ecosystem integrations.

Work Location Home-based field role covering the Continental US (48 contiguous states); travel <20% for customer integration work, key account visits, and tradeshows

Reporting Line This role will report into the head of this business unit (DIFM, PCT), Senior Director, Anker | Eufy Security B2B, North America, and work hand-in-hand with the Regional Sales Manager to own technical delivery, enablement, and escalations.

1. Solution Architecture & Integration Design — Design end-to-end integration solutions for key accounts (e.g., SafeHome), producing solution diagrams, network and system architectures, and integration project plans with detail down to API and CGI command level for cameras, HUBs, sensors, NVRs, and the Eufy app/alarm platform. 2. Key Account Technical Ownership — Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts; own technical delivery end-to-end, manage integration projects from scoping to deployment, and drive customer acceptance. 3. Ecosystem & 3rd-Party Integrations — Scope, validate, and deliver integrations with 3rd-party ecosystem partners — including compatibility testing, certification, and documented diagram and APIs. 4. Technical Pre-Sales Enablement — Support the RSM and NA sales team with technical qualifications: remote and in-person demos, PoC/pilot builds, RFP/RFI technical responses, and tradeshow setup. 5. Internal Technical Liaison — Bridge HQ PM, engineering, and tech support with the NA sales team: procure and qualify the latest samples and test firmware, ensure sales is always demo-ready, and route technical feedback back to product. 6. Escalation & Tiered Support — Act as the rooftop escalation point for all NA sales and customer critical issues; work with the overseas support team on tiered support and drive system-level urgency to resolution. 7. Enablement & Training — Build and deliver technical training and collateral for NA sales and key customer support teams; streamline technical documentation, integration guides, and FAQs. 8. VoC & Technical Roadmap Input — Capture technical insights from the field and feed them into HQ product and engineering to shape roadmap, product fit, and integration priorities.
