The role is a Senior Expert Full Stack Developer within Colgate-Palmolive's Global Technology R&D organization.

The position leads end-to-end design, development, and production deployment of scalable web applications and intelligent AI solutions.

The role requires hands-on full-stack engineering and experience architecting, deploying, and scaling Agentic AI systems and LLM workflows.

Retool or similar low-code platform experience is a strong secondary advantage.

Design, architect, and maintain secure, scalable, performant full-stack applications, including front-end, APIs, and microservices.
Optimize relational database schemas, complex queries, and server-side logic.
Build and deploy Agentic AI workflows, autonomous agent frameworks, and multi-step reasoning systems.
Integrate model APIs, LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and vector search into business applications.
Implement observability, automated testing, CI/CD, and performance monitoring for AI and ML models.
Develop prompt engineering, tool-calling, and fine-tuning approaches for enterprise workflows.
Use low-code platforms to build internal tools, dashboards, and custom interfaces.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers and citizen developers.
Partner with product owners, business analysts, and data science teams on software solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
At least 6 years of professional experience designing, building, and deploying scalable full-stack web applications.
Production experience with AI and LLM solutions, multi-agent systems, tool usage or function calling, RAG architectures, and API integrations.
Familiarity with modern AI orchestration and agent frameworks.
Deep proficiency in Python with Django, FastAPI, or Flask and relational database design.
Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Git, and DevSecOps or CI/CD.
Understanding of TDD, web security, networking, and system debugging.

Experience with Retool or similar low-code platforms.
Experience with vector databases or hybrid search setups.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with event-driven architecture, streaming data pipelines, and real-time analytics.
Experience working in global cross-functional Agile or Scrum teams.
