Responsibilities:

• Manage customer event logistics, assisting in scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support trade show coordination, overseeing registrations, booth setup logistics, attendee tracking, and schedule management.
• Support execution of team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and special customer alignment events.
• Oversee collateral management, ensuring field and customer development teams have organized, up-to-date, and accessible marketing/sales materials.
• Assist with the distribution of sales planners, product launches, and commercial toolkits to Business Account Managers (BAMs) and Customer Development Managers (CDMs).
• Help maintain digital asset repositories and ensure cross-functional alignment on marketing collateral updates.
• Serve as the regional customer internal point person, addressing operational inquiries and facilitating communication between regional partners and internal teams.
• Support wiring guides by maintaining accurate contact channels, escalation matrices, and organizational wiring documentation.
• Consolidate field feedback and customer insights to support Go-to-Market planning.
• Support the evolution of the Growth Choice model, assisting the BDM with framework analysis, data gathering, and scenario testing.
• Assist in tracking annual commercial discipline processes and Joint Value Planning (JVP) timelines.
• Provide support on customer rebate programs, promotional incentives, and investment recaps.
• Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or a related field (undergraduate standing).
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship or leadership experience; strong interest in pet nutrition and sales strategy.
• Effective project management and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities and meet customer needs.
• The ability to cultivate initial field relationships and leads into strong, formalized business partnerships by establishing structured handoff and collaborative processes for developing customer groups
• Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $20.50 - $24.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
