Lead and coordinate electrical installation, operation, and maintenance activities across the plant.
Ensure reliable electrical systems, rapid fault resolution, cGMP compliance, safety compliance, and minimal production disruption.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise electrical installations, upgrades, and daily shift activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot faults, identify safety risks, and repair or replace defective components.
- Manage electrical generation and distribution systems in line with applicable codes and safety standards.
- Implement electrical SOPs and maintain logbooks, permits, work orders, drawings, manuals, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments to minimize operational interruptions.
- Lead HSE compliance, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant electrical engineering and maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installations, maintenance, safety, generation, and distribution systems.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and regulated documentation practices.
- Proven supervisory, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent English communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
