Kidana is seeking a Senior Specialist in Business Transformation to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational transformations and change initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with Kidana’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for transformation and change within the organization.
- Support development of detailed transformation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor alignment of transformation initiatives with business priorities and organizational culture.
- Implement change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify and address potential organizational, process, and people related impacts of the transformation.
- Assist in developing communication plans and materials to effectively communicate changes to employees and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and teams involved in the change process, ensuring buy in and engagement.
- Support defining initiative scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for transformation initiatives.
- Track initiative progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful initiative outcomes.
- Identify training and development needs related to the transformation initiatives and implement training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, organizational development, change management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience as transformation and change management specialist
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Strategic Management Professional (SMP) preferred

Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration, organizational development, change management, or related field.

- Strategic Management Professional (SMP)
Professional Experience
