Role Main Purpose

  • Responsible for ensuring the clarity, accuracy, and professionalism of written materials produced by the CEO's office.
  • Maintain the CEO's communication standards and enhance the effectiveness of written content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, edit, and proofread a wide range of written materials, including speeches, presentations, memos, reports, articles, and other communication documents on behalf of the CEO and the CEO's office.
  • Ensure that all written materials adhere to the organization's brand guidelines, tone, and messaging principles.
  • Revise and enhance the clarity, coherence, and effectiveness of written content, ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation and refinement.
  • Review and provide feedback on documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Verify facts, data, and references in written materials to ensure their reliability.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to eliminate errors and improve readability.
  • Maintain a consistent and high standard of quality for all written materials.
  • Work closely with the CEO's office team, including executives, assistants, and other stakeholders, to gather information and coordinate content development and editing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, public relations, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Manage multiple writing and editing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in writing and editing for high level support to executives, preferably in a similar organization with similar operations.
