- Own the end to end custom solutions lifecycle for MENA advertisers, from opportunity qualification and solution development through execution and post campaign reporting

- Develop insight driven advertising solutions leveraging Amazon's products, assets, and capabilities to address advertiser objectives
- Drive cross functional teams across Creative, Ad Tech, Product, and Operations to deliver high quality programs at scale
- Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that strengthen Brand Innovation Lab's impact across the MENA region
- Analyze campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience working with cross functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers (preferred)
- MBA (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) (preferred)

DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for a Sr. Solutions Manager to join the MENA Brand Innovation Lab team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering custom advertising solutions for some of the region's largest and most innovative brands.
- You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Creative, Ad Tech, and Product teams to translate advertiser objectives into scalable, customer focused programs.
- You will own the end to end campaign lifecycle from BIL's end from opportunity qualification and solution development through execution, measurement, and post campaign insights.
- You will also play a key role in scaling BIL's presence across MENA by building repeatable frameworks, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening relationships with advertisers and agency partners.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, excellent program management skills, and the ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.

- Amazon Ads' Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is a global creative team that develops custom advertising solutions for brands.
- We combine Amazon's unique first party insights, owned channels, and emerging technology to create breakthrough campaigns that go beyond standard ad products.
- The MENA BIL team partners with advertisers across the region to design and deliver bespoke, full funnel experiences from custom landing pages and shoppable experiences to integrated campaigns across the Amazon canvas for domestic and cross border campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
