- Work with internal stakeholder businesses to agree and execute a strategy for country specific business development opportunities
- Own existing strategic partner accounts; fostering senior partner exec relationships, leading regular QBRs, driving deal optimizations and re negotiations
- Lead all partner activity to source and negotiate complex partnership agreements from first contact through to signed contracts
- Lead all internal approvals and due diligence including document writing to ensure deals meet the needs of all stakeholders
- Coordinate with peripheral Amazon business development teams to leverage established relationships and present a unified vision to partners
Requirements
- Experience in Go To Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Turkish

Description
- Amazon is seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Development for Middle East & Africa (MEA) to help secure new and manage existing distribution partnerships for consumer subscriptions business across MEA.
- Drawing on both BD and Account Management skillsets, responsibilities include securing new and optimizing existing strategic distribution partnerships (with Telcos and across other industries).
- Work with internal teams (Product, Prime, Retail, etc.) and partners to develop new business models that unlock long term growth through partners' ecosystems.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Working with internal stakeholder businesses to agree and execute a strategy for country specific business development opportunities.
- Own existing strategic partner accounts; fostering senior partner exec relationships, leading regular QBRs, driving deal optimizations and re negotiations.
- Lead all partner activity to source and negotiate complex partnership agreements, from first contact through to signed contracts in agreed geographies and segments.
- Lead all internal approvals and due diligence including document writing to ensure deals meet the needs of all stakeholders and are approved by the business.
- Coordinate with peripheral Amazon business development teams to leverage established relationships, present a unified vision to our partners in MEA and close partnerships that add significant value to the business.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Go To Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions.
