Anaplan is seeking a Senior Solution Implementation Manager in the UAE to lead strategic enterprise customer implementations across the Middle East.

The role combines hands-on project delivery, strategic advisory, stakeholder management, governance, and project recovery.

The role involves working with AI and planning technology, leading enterprise customer programs, and shaping implementation outcomes for global brands.

Delivery Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments with internal teams and external partners.
Establish robust governance, ensure precise scoping, and proactively uncover hidden assumptions.
Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer stakeholders from operational leads through the C-suite.
Provide clear reporting on project status and portfolio health to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Orchestrate multiple enterprise programs while maintaining budget and scope adherence.
Recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors when they drift off track.
Negotiate, manage escalations, and act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Experience

Proven program-level delivery experience across complex enterprise implementations.
Demonstrable program or project management experience across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Deep, hands-on experience with Agile project delivery methodologies is essential.
A proven record of delivering and recovering large-scale projects under tight timelines and budgets is required.

Preferred Domain Experience

Experience in supply chain, financial planning and analysis, or workforce planning is preferred.
Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills are required.
The role requires the ability to negotiate, influence senior leadership, and provide strategic advice.
