• Communicating Trade-offs & Alignment : Clearly explains technical options, trade-offs, and risks for the features and components they own. Collaborates closely with peer engineers, UX, and product to align on approach and get to a shared decision.
• Technical Ownership : Acts as the go-to owner for the design and implementation of the components/features they build within the UI and Design System platform. Takes full accountability for their work from design through delivery and maintenance and contributes actively to broader architectural discussions.
• Applied AI for Development : Uses AI-assisted engineering for refactoring, testing, migrations, documentation, debugging, and code review as part of daily workflow. Understands model selection and context/token management and follows team-level AI development practices (validation, security, human-review controls) to consistently improve their own productivity.
• Evidence-Based Direction : Raises concerns and proposes improvements to existing approaches when justified, backing suggestions with data or concrete examples rather than opinion alone.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in front-end development. Mandatory: Proven experience building Enterprise Software applications.
• Mandatory: Proven experience building Enterprise Software applications.
• UX Collaboration: Mandatory: 3+ years of experience working closely with UX Designers. You must demonstrate proficiency using Figma's Dev Mode.
• Technical Stack: Mandatory: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Mandatory: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and SASS architecture. Mandatory: Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, GH Copilot, Claude) as part of your daily coding workflow, from writing and reviewing code to debugging and documentation. Preferred: Hands-on experience with Lit or native Web Components.
• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
