Experience
Minimum 5 yrs. of total and relevant experience as ServiceNow Developer
Worked in ITSM organizational structure
Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDB
Prerequisite
ServiceNow Development experience
ITIL knowledge
ServiceNow System Admin Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work on development projects/enhancements for ServiceNow
- Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow. Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs and notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS
- Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
- Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.
- Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
- Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
- Peer review, Mentor and share technical knowledge with service management team.
- You will be required to work with process owners and other stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
Shift
Evening shift - 5pm - 2am IST
