Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in the Java ecosystem , Spring Boot , and front-end development. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of JVM internals , REST API development , and CI/CD pipelines . You will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot / Spring Framework .
- Design and implement RESTful web services following microservices architecture.
- Apply deep knowledge of the JVM , including memory management and performance tuning.
- Implement security layers using Spring Security and industry best practices.
- Write efficient, clean, and reusable code following established code review practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and integrate JavaScript/jQuery components; exposure to React is a plus.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins , SonarQube , and Ansible .
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java , Spring Boot , and REST API development
- Strong understanding of JVM architecture , garbage collection, and performance optimization
- Experience with Spring Security , authentication/authorization flows
- Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery ; basic understanding of React is a bonus
- Familiar with caching frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible
- Solid understanding of Git , branching, and version control best practices
- Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure coding practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
