At Rula, exceptional patient outcomes are powered by world-class engineering. As a Senior Software Engineer on our Patient Services team, you won’t just maintain existing systems—you will architect the high-throughput, distributed platform that serves as the single source of truth for all patient data across Rula. In this critical role, you will tackle complex distributed systems challenges where system performance, uptime, and data integrity directly impact real human lives seeking mental healthcare. You will drive zero-to-one architectural decisions during a pivotal growth phase while acting as both a technical leader and a force multiplier for the team. If you are excited to build the foundational systems that make high-quality mental healthcare accessible for everyone, this role is for you.
