Role Overview
As a Provider Success Associate, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to providers, building meaningful relationships and helping them get the most out of their partnership with Rula. You’ll manage your own portfolio, using consultative problem-solving, relationship management, and data to understand provider goals, remove barriers, and identify opportunities to grow their practice. You’ll combine relationship management, consultative problem-solving, and data to drive provider engagement, retention, and growth while collaborating across teams to continuously improve the provider experience. It’s a role where you can see the impact of your work firsthand - helping providers build thriving practices, delivering measurable outcomes, and advancing Rula’s mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.
Required Qualifications
Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields.
Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success
Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and impacting key metrics
Preferred Qualifications
CRM Experience (preferably Salesforce)
Experience working in a high-growth start-up environment.
Experience working in healthcare
