Role Overview
The role develops, customizes, integrates, and implements Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
The developer works with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, DBAs, and stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize Oracle ERP modules, forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions, APIs, and web services.
- Build Oracle Fusion Middleware components and integrations with external systems using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Participate across the ERP implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Support data migration using ODI or FBDI and maintain data integrity, security, and performance.
- Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing; debug issues and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize applications and databases, monitor performance, and provide production support, fixes, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver milestones.
- Ensure development follows organizational policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
