Software Engineer Veeva

Collaboration and Stakeholders

• Gather requirements with quality, compliance, and IT business partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva with enterprise systems.
• Communicate updates, gather feedback, and align project deliverables with stakeholders.

Technical, Documentation and Training

• Maintain knowledge of Veeva configuration practices, SDK development, integrations, releases, and new features.
• Design, implement, and support custom components, workflows, objects, and user interface enhancements.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Create technical documentation and provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Veeva Vault quality and regulatory applications.
• Proven Veeva SDK development experience with custom applications and integrations.
• Strong Veeva Vault configuration experience with workflows, lifecycles, roles, and permissions.
• Application support experience covering defects, hotfixes, and enhancements.
• Proficiency with Veeva configuration and SDK using Java, Apex, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs or Web Services, regulatory compliance, Agile/Scrum, and JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an Agile or hybrid SDLC environment.
• Knowledge of IQ, OQ, and PQ validation documentation and change management in regulated settings.
• Advanced degrees or Veeva Administrator or Veeva Vault certifications are a plus.

Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Hyderabad and requires on-site work four days per week.
• The schedule is aligned with the U.S. Eastern time zone.
