Sr Security Application Support Engineer

You can demonstrate experience in. Application Support for Identity Management. Your core technical skills must include strong experience in Identity Management (IDM) support, RBAC / entitlements, Identity governance, authentication and authorization concepts. experience in application support for enterprise security tools and with SafeBreach and DTEX administration or production support is relevant. You must have an understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes, experience with logs, monitoring tools, dashboards, and troubleshooting methodologies along with basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools is helpful.

You are analytical. You bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong documentation and reporting capability.

You are a strong communicator . Expert interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills, including effective engagement with all levels of the organization. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, IAM, and vendors.
