AMS Support and Incident Management
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP C4C issues.
- Troubleshoot sales and service processes, UI issues, workflow failures, and business rule errors.
- Handle SLA-based tickets using ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
C4C Functional Support
- Support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes covering leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders integrated with ECC.
- Support Service Cloud processes covering service tickets, service requests, and resolution.
- Manage business configuration, fine-tuning, adaptation, pricing, territory management, activity management, service processes, and SLA configurations.
ECC Integration
- Support C4C-to-ECC integration for customer, material, pricing, sales order, quote, and service request data.
- Troubleshoot SAP CPI or PI/PO middleware, IDocs, web services, and OData API issues.
- Monitor and resolve message failures in communication arrangements and the message dashboard.
Enhancements and Change Requests
- Deliver UI adaptations, business rules, workflows, custom fields, and extensions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical SDK or PDI teams.
Data, Testing, and Deployment
- Maintain consistency of business partners, customers, products, and pricing data.
