Role summary
Manage complex Salesforce programs across healthcare, hi-tech or manufacturing environments.
Own project health, stakeholder communication, risk management, meeting governance and delivery controls across the full lifecycle.
Use Salesforce platform knowledge and AI tools to improve project administration, reporting and transparency.
Meeting governance
- Facilitate Weekly Status Reviews, Steering Committees, sprint ceremonies, executive briefings and client QBRs.
- Run dependency meetings, integration checkpoints and go or no-go readiness reviews.
- Maintain stakeholder engagement plans and act as the primary escalation point.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, resource transitions and knowledge handover.
Reporting and controls
- Maintain RAG status across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and quality.
- Produce weekly and monthly project status reports and maintain project dashboards and KPIs.
- Manage change requests, RAID logs, risk matrices, issues, assumptions and decisions.
- Maintain project charters, plans, registers, repositories and lessons learned.
