- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
- Experience using Salesforce or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership

Overview
- Amazon Ads helps brands create experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful results with 300+ million active customer accounts.
- The Central StratOps, GTM and Analytics team builds data foundations and operational processes for 4,000+ sellers.
- This role is on the Segmentation and Planning team, ensuring Sales managers have the information and processes to operate efficiently.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead projects designed to improve segmentation, planning, and operational process efficiency.
- Drive cross functional coordination to deliver results on predefined timelines.
- Support teams in responding to, investigating, managing, and resolving complex problems and escalations.
- Analyze existing process gaps and develop solutions to close them.
- Work with Sales customers to gather and document business requirements.
- Project manage multiple workflows across planning milestones.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: 93,700 156,500 CAD annually
- Total compensation may include sign on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Benefits include health insurance, RRSP, DPSP, paid time off
