Responsibilities
- Manage key client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive sales of infrastructure, networking, and data center solutions
- Identify and qualify new leads, prepare proposals and quotations, conduct product presentations and demos, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue and margin targets
- Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer needs and ensure high service quality
- Monitor market trends, provide accurate sales forecasting, and continuously follow up with customers to support satisfaction and long term partnerships
Requirements
- Strong account management and customer service skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales development within IT infrastructure, networking, or related technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions (e.g., data centers, LAN/WAN, security, IP telephony) and translate them into business value
- Minimum of 5–7 years of sales or account management experience in technology or ICT sectors; B2B experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort working on site in Jeddah and collaborating with cross functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Role Description
- Manage key client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive sales of infrastructure, networking, and data center solutions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to understand technical solutions (e.g., data centers, LAN/WAN, security, IP telephony) and translate them into business value for clients.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of sales or account management experience in technology or ICT sectors; previous experience in B2B environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort working in an on site environment in Jeddah and collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
