Role Description

  • Manage key client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive sales of infrastructure, networking, and data center solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, prepare proposals and quotations, conduct product presentations and demos, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer needs and ensure high service quality.
  • Monitor market trends, provide accurate sales forecasting, and continuously follow up with customers to support satisfaction and long term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long term relationships.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales development within IT infrastructure, networking, or related technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical solutions (e.g., data centers, LAN/WAN, security, IP telephony) and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales or account management experience in technology or ICT sectors; previous experience in B2B environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in an on site environment in Jeddah and collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
