Scope
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Management, Product Development, TechOps, and Production Support to define and implement the overall Quality Engineering strategy across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Lead quality assurance initiatives for customer implementations, ensuring scalable test architecture, automation, performance, and release quality. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Application Architecture : Scalable, Resilient, Secure Multi-Tenant Architecture.
Cloud Architecture : OCI, MS Azure, Oracle, DB, , SFTP
Frameworks/Others : Kubernetes, RDBMS, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake.
What you’ll do
Define and drive the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across customer implementations and product development.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams during discovery sessions to identify quality risks, testing scope, and validation strategies.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering, with experience leading enterprise-scale QA initiatives.
Strong understanding of software architecture, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Quality Engineering principles.
