Sr. Python Engineer / Lead

Sr. Python Engineer About the role As a Senior Python Engineer , you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable integration solutions that support Community & State market onboarding initiatives. You will play a key role in building automation capabilities, enabling seamless market implementations, and improving operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and operations partners. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship now or at any time in the future In this role, you will: Lead the design and development of backend architectures that support new market onboarding and integration initiatives. Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and REST APIs for enterprise-scale applications. Create automation solutions that streamline onboarding, operational workflows, and business processes. Partner with product owners, business teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability.
