Production Support Lead

8+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, IT Operations, or related roles.

Strong hands-on experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management; ITIL certification preferred.

Proficiency with MS SQL Server and MariaDB, including the ability to perform diagnostics, analyze issues, and support technical resolutions.

Proven experience managing high-volume incident environments, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional escalations.

Experience driving measurable incident reduction and operational improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the use of Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or data-intensive applications in production environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead operational reviews, war-room discussions, and continuous improvement programs
