Role Overview
The Sr.
Proposal Specialist (P4) is an experienced individual contributor within Marketing & Commercial Operations, accountable for managing and delivering moderately complex to complex proposals from intake through submission.
Operating with a high degree of independence and sound judgment, this role coordinates proposal execution, develops high-quality and compliant content, and supports proposal strategies that align with McKesson’s commercial, operational, financial, and patient- centric objectives.
The Sr.
Proposal Specialist brings deep functional knowledge, proactively identifies risks and solutions, influences cross-functional contributors, and supports continuous improvement of proposal tools, templates, and ways of working across the Specialty Health portfolio.
