Position Summary
WestJet is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Disruption Management team within the Operations Control Centre.
The role will lead complex initiatives that improve how WestJet anticipates, manages, and recovers from operational disruption.
The initial focus is implementing an OCC Decision Support capability integrating operational requirements, visualization, data, technology, and business processes.
OCC Decision Support Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the OCC Decision Support capability.
- Coordinate operational requirements, disruption visualization, data, integrations, technology, and business readiness.
- Establish governance, accountabilities, milestones, decision points, and escalation paths.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, constraints, and critical-path activities.
