Crew Scheduler

WestJet is seeking Crew Schedulers - Cabin Crew Member, Pilot, & Q400.

This individual is able to demonstrate a high standard of excellence, enjoys challenges, and is results-driven.

The incumbent must be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in an agile environment.

They will be required to adhere to regulations and communicate with all stakeholders, while ensuring crew requirements are maintained for “day of” operations in a timely and effective manner.

Successful applicants will be place in a Talent Pool for available opportunities until April 2026.

Key deliverables include:

• Answer the phone promptly, demonstrating an ability to listen and empathize with crew members while ensuring a high level of internal guest satisfaction

• Ensure schedule amendments are following Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS), Commercial Air Service Standards (CASS), the Company Operations Manual (COM), the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM)

• Monitor and mitigate Crew duty and rest violations

• Answer the phone promptly demonstrating an ability to listen and empathize with crew members while ensuring a high level of internal guest satisfaction

• Ensure implementation of IROP (irregular operations) contingency plans and required pairing modifications

• Adhere to Flight Operations policies and Inflight Department policies as outlined in the COM, the FAM, the Crew Services Guidelines

• Ensure appropriate deadheading arrangements are made, confirmed and tracked for crews

• Monitor and mitigate Crew duty and rest violations

• Other duties as assigned
