AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs.
The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and oversees complex aviation initiatives across planning, design, procurement, and construction.
The role covers high-visibility airside and landside programs that support airport infrastructure, passenger experience, and operational efficiency.
Program leadership
- Oversee the full lifecycle of large, multi-year aviation development programs.
- Provide executive-level leadership, decision-making guidance, and strategic direction to technical teams.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
- Align client goals, regulatory requirements, operational constraints, and execution plans.
Stakeholder engagement
- Serve as the primary interface with airport authorities, senior leadership, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners.
- Facilitate workshops, progress meetings, executive presentations, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and key program participants.
