About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet.
- Own the wallet experience end to end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions.
- Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on chain functionality into simple, user friendly products.
- Drive cross functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
- Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends.
- Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations.
- Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer facing products
- Prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience is required
- Deep technical fluency in Web3 and on chain fundamentals
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Obsessive product sense with a consumer first mindset
