Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts Role Summary As the Sr. Product Manager for Commerce Operations, you will own the operational backbone of HighLevel's commerce platform - the interconnected systems that govern how orders are created, tracked, and fulfilled; how subscriptions run across their full lifecycle; how transactions are recorded and reconciled; and how inventory, taxation, coupons, and gift cards function reliably at scale. Like the Product Information Management layer, this role sits at the center of the Commerce team: every commerce surface depends on it, internal teams across the company build on it, and the external developer and marketplace ecosystem consumes it through a public API layer that you will define and own. You will also lead the build of HighLevel's internal accounting layer and design the integration surface for users who operate with third-party accounting tools — positioning commerce operations as both the authoritative source of financial truth and an open, compatible platform.
