About the Role
QatarEnergy is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to perform studies, plan, and develop infrastructure projects for industrial cities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of design experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

- Perform studies, plan, initiate, evaluate and develop infrastructure projects to ensure that all common facilities in the industrial cities are in place to accommodate the anticipated growth of existing and future QatarEnergy, Joint Ventures and Asset Operators’ industries
- Collaborate with concerned QatarEnergy Departments, Joint Ventures and asset operators, to identify synergy opportunities, formulate the necessary conceptual studies, development plans, project concepts, engineering plans, project execution plans and related activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years broad design experience within the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical industry (preferably with 5 8 years with consulting/engineering firm)
- Exposure and experience in project lifecycle and project management with high supervisory skills
- Exposure to international experience and an appreciation of cultural sensitivities
- Internationally recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Process/Chemical Engineering

Primary Purpose of the Job
