• Post accounts payable invoices accurately in SAP.
• Manage invoice scanning and monitor OCR queues for timely, error-free processing.
• Monitor approval-pending invoices and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
• Review rejected invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor payments within defined KPI timelines and schedules.
• Resolve supplier and customer invoice and payment queries.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and support accounts payable reporting.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
• Maintain vendor records and compliance with financial procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounts payable efficiency.

Your success is grounded

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
