Role overview
Develop production-ready AI systems using machine learning, deep learning, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, Small Language Models, intelligent agents, and modern MLOps.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, cross-team influence, mentoring, and adoption of modern AI capabilities.
AI and ML engineering
- Architect and build production-grade machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI systems.
- Design solutions using RAG, embeddings, semantic search, LLM orchestration, Text2SQL, recommendations, predictive modeling, and workflow automation.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy neural network models using architectures such as Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs.
- Apply PyTorch and other frameworks to experiment with and productionize models.
Model and GenAI delivery
- Own the AI/ML lifecycle from problem framing, data preparation, and feature engineering through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Develop NLP and LLM capabilities, including prompt and context design, RAG, model adaptation, fine-tuning, and response evaluation.
- Evaluate foundation, fine-tuned, distilled, and Small Language Models against business, operational, and governance requirements.
