Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Analytics & Governance:
- Analyze transaction-level pricing data to identify pricing inconsistencies, margin leakage, and discount variability.
- Develop pricing dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Support implementation of enterprise pricing strategies, policies, and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve price realization and profitability.
- Partner with commercial teams to drive pricing harmonization across regions, products, and channels.
- Commercial Analytics:
- Perform customer, product, and market analysis to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
- Build customer segmentation models using revenue, profitability, growth potential, and strategic value metrics.
- Support commercial strategy development through data-driven recommendations.
- Product Portfolio & SKU Optimization:
- Assess SKU and Product Hierarchy complexity across business portfolios.
- Identify redundant, low-volume, and low-profitability SKUs for rationalization.
- Develop reporting and analytics supporting product lifecycle management decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and measure benefits from simplification initiatives.
- Support governance processes for product hierarchy standardization and portfolio management.
- Data Management & Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or equivalent tools.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across pricing, customer, product, and transaction datasets.
- Develop dashboards that provide visibility into commercial performance, pricing health, and transformation progress.
- Perform root-cause analysis and communicate findings to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
- Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Support SAP S/4HANA and commercial transformation initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process standardization and operational excellence.
- Develop business cases and value tracking mechanisms for transformation programs.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize system-enabled processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through analytical insights and performance monitoring.
