As a Machine Shop Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our machining processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards, while optimizing production schedules.
You will lead a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations to increase savings and better serve our customers.
You will report directly to our Director of Engineering and work out of our Arvada, CO location on an on-site work schedule supporting a multi-shift machine shop environment.
In this role, you will impact manufacturing performance by leading machinists, operators, planners, programmers, and support staff; partnering with Manufacturing Engineering, EH&S, Quality, and other functions; and using data to improve productivity, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
