Job Purpose
Lead the development, monitoring, and control of project schedules for timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
Provide expert planning, forecasting, and risk analysis to support decisions and contractual compliance.
Advise project leadership, translate project data into actionable insights, and mitigate potential delays.
Mentor junior planning staff and improve planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
Planning and Scheduling
- Lead comprehensive project schedules aligned with scope, budget, and strategic objectives.
- Prepare baseline programs, resource allocation plans, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct critical path, scenario, and what-if analyses.
- Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a master schedule.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor performance against baseline schedules and recommend recovery strategies.
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Provide early warning indicators for risks, delays, and resource bottlenecks.
