The Senior Partner Manager, North America will play a pivotal role in accelerating the next phase of growth for Serrala’s SAP ecosystem strategy. This individual will bring a proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-value partnerships across North America, particularly with leading global system integrators such as Accenture, Capgemini, business process outsourcing organizations who are strong players in the oCFO and tier 2s partnerships that can also accelerate growth.
The primary objective of this role is to define, develop, and execute strategic partnerships across the SAP ecosystem that drive measurable revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and support the expansion of Serrala’s presence within its core target markets.
In addition, the role will work closely with Serrala’s Global VP, SAP Alliance to identify, influence, and accelerate SAP-sourced and SAP-influenced opportunities. The successful candidate will help deepen executive and field-level engagement with SAP, strengthen Serrala’s position within the SAP ecosystem, and serve as a highly visible ambassador for Serrala across key partner and industry communities.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Win incremental revenue and new business via the existing relationships with focused partners that fit into our partner archetypes industry specialists, SAP, SAP SIS, or tech vendors.
Define mutual success plans to support growth of partnerships including strategic vision, revenue targets, enablement plans, marketing plans, and product alignment
Collaborate with partners to embed Serrala’s Finance Platform in their GTMs, create differentiated services and enable them to win new business for Serrala
Align the internal teams to deliver and execute against those growth plans.
Work collaboratively with the Partner Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing teams to empower partners to invest in and establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on Serrala and grow visibility of the platform.
Leverage your experience to enhance and shape the strategy along with your colleagues, the leadership and actively participate in its development to build a high impact partner ecosystem in the US.

What makes you excel in this position:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software, with a strong track record of developing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable revenue and business impact.
Recent and substantial experience working within the SAP ecosystem is essential, including engagement with SAP field organizations, alliance teams, partners, and SAP-driven opportunities.
Demonstrated success establishing and managing executive-level relationships with leading global systems integrators, including Accenture and Capgemini, alongside major consulting, advisory, and business process outsourcing organizations.
Deep understanding of the operating models, decision-making structures, and go-to-market strategies of the Big Four and leading global consulting firms, with proven experience driving successful outcomes through these channels.
Consistent history of meeting and exceeding revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives within the North American market.
Strong commercial acumen, including experience structuring, negotiating, and managing complex partnership agreements and mutually beneficial business plans.
Solid understanding of various partner-led, co-sell, referral, implementation, and managed services delivery models.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire both internal and external audiences.
Strong executive presence with proven credibility engaging at all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives and senior partner leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, take ownership, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Highly organized and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and execute effectively under pressure.
Experience selling and partnering within complex enterprise environments, where sales cycles are consultative, multi-stakeholder, and involve multiple layers of decision-makers and influencers.
Advanced presentation, workshop facilitation, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate business value and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for building strategic partnerships that generate growth.
Knowledge of the Office of the CFO, financial operations, and related digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable, as is an understanding of emerging trends shaping the finance technology landscape.
