Onboarding Manager

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

4-6 years of experience in IT, SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, or consulting environments.

Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

Experience managing or supporting customer implementation and onboarding projects.

Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Credit Management, Dispute Management, Cash Application, or related finance processes is a plus.

Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud-based implementations is preferred.

Experience with APIs, interfaces, integrations, and data exchange is a plus.

Experience with SAP or other ERP finance systems is preferred.

Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is highly desirable.

Salary Range

United States: USD 65,000-75,000

Canada: CAD 88,000-110,000

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
