Job Description
The Senior Manager, Business Solutions, Data & AI will lead the Data & AI charter for Kohler South Asia.
The role embeds AI capabilities across business functions and maintains robust, high-quality data architecture as the foundation for AI and digital products.
Data and AI Strategy
- Define and evolve the South Asia Data & AI roadmap in alignment with global objectives.
- Identify low-hanging and moonshot opportunities with business leaders and quantify value through KPIs and ROI frameworks.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and demonstrate potential Data & AI business solutions.
AI Culture and Adoption
- Create an AI culture and organizational change management strategy to improve associate productivity.
- Drive adoption of Copilot, other AI use cases, and data and analytics dashboards.
