About the Position
Kohler India Technical Center provides technical and nontechnical support for Kohler's global businesses and product lines.
The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Network Design and Optimization will support the global Kitchen and Bath organization within the Supply Chain Analytics function.
Role Overview
Develop and maintain analytical models supporting strategic and tactical supply chain decisions.
Translate business questions into network design models, conduct scenario analysis, validate data and assumptions, and communicate actionable insights.
Apply supply chain design knowledge, strategic thinking, creativity, and proactive project support.
Network Modeling and Analysis
- Build robust data, analytics, and modeling frameworks for strategic and tactical supply chain decisions.
- Develop and maintain models covering manufacturing, sourcing, capacity, distribution, transportation, and inventory flows.
- Translate requirements into model scope, assumptions, constraints, and scenarios and evaluate relevant trade-offs.
- Interpret model outputs and prepare clear, data-backed recommendations.
