Role Overview
The Senior Mechanical Technical Engineer role is based in Doha and focuses on mechanical technical documentation, stakeholder coordination, and site execution.
The engineer manages and supervises the site team to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings.
Technical and Site Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit design drawings and shop drawings.
- Review and submit material submittals.
- Attend meetings with client representatives, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage and supervise the site team to ensure proper execution at site as per drawings.
- Prepare professional technical letters and requests for information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in Qatar.
- Strong technical background with good knowledge of local authority and international standards.
- Ability to prepare technical letters and requests for information professionally.
- The candidate can join immediately.
